{"id":1322,"date":"2013-06-23T00:00:18","date_gmt":"2013-06-23T00:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/popandsoul.org\/popandsoul2\/?p=1322"},"modified":"2013-09-01T22:34:02","modified_gmt":"2013-09-01T22:34:02","slug":"cirrone-the-frinchers-madrid-19-y-20062013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/popandsoul.org\/popandsoul\/cirrone-the-frinchers-madrid-19-y-20062013\/","title":{"rendered":"CIRRONE +  THE FRINCHERS, Madrid, 19 y 20\/06\/2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>CIRRONE + \u00a0THE FRINCHERS, Madrid, 19 y 20\/06\/2013<\/h3>\n<p>Los italianos CIRRONE han pasado esta semana por Madrid donde han compartido cartel dos d\u00edas seguidos con sus compa\u00f1eros de sello THE FRINCHERS.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El concierto o<em>ficial<\/em> de ambas bandas era el del Jueves 20 de Junio en la fiesta conjunta que su sello Rock Indiana organizaba junto al mejor programa de radio que nos queda (ahora en internet): &#8216;Pl\u00e1stico El\u00e1stico&#8217; del gran Pacopepe Gil.\u00a0El evento era en una nueva sala (al menos para m\u00ed), &#8216;EL INTRUSO Bar&#8217;, que result\u00f3 ser muy acogedora y con excelente sonido.<\/p>\n<p>Y result\u00f3 un gran concierto de dos bandas similares en el fondo: energ\u00eda, guitarras y melod\u00edas, vamos lo que viene siendo Power Pop&#8230; Pero \u00a0entendido de manera muy diferente&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>THE FRINCHERS demostraron que han heredado lo mejor de una tradici\u00f3n de reminiscencias &#8216;mod&#8217; que va desde The Remains hasta The Jam \u00a0 y que desde luego son unos magn\u00edficos\u00a0<em>hacedores<\/em>\u00a0de grandes canciones sencillas, \u00a0pegadizas y aceleradas:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/videoseries?list=PLM-VK5Fr077Gp-xZgxRWJ-RXQ6wHzkiC_\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CIRRONE\u00a0tambi\u00e9n hacen grandes canciones, \u00a0quiz\u00e1s algo menos sencillas y aceleradas, pero con melod\u00edas memorables y preciosas voces. Estos chicos sicilianos\u00a0parecen centrar su herencia m\u00e1s en The Beatles y los continuadores de su legado a principios de los 70 como Big Star o Badfinger&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/videoseries?list=PLM-VK5Fr077FXKB3LT9nkTfaexNFJ_Q-y\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Y precisamente THE BEATLES hab\u00edan sido los protagonistas de la noche anterior donde tambi\u00e9n CIRRONE y THE FRINCHERS hab\u00edan compartido cartel en Madrid.
